Wow...you are already FOUR?? Where have the years gone?


Daddy & Mommy are very proud of you. You had a Great Year full of new experiences, fun, laughs, family gatherings, playtime, (time-outs) & a New Brother, Liam. You are an amazing big brother to Liam. You help Daddy & Mommy w/ Liam, you love playing with him and even allow him to take your toys from you to play with.





You are wearing 5-6 size clothing and weigh about 45 pounds. You are growing like a weed!!

You are talking non-stop, repeating phrases/comments that you hear often around the house & beginning to recongize your numbers and letters consistently. You LOVE to play. You love playing baseball, basketball, football, basically any type of sport that involves a ball. You LOVE to play outside. You love to swing, play in the sandbox, take walks and ride your new bike. You have quite an imagination. You like to play with cars and 'bad guys'. You like to play with your Buzz and Woody and other Toy Story mates. You like to play with your toy soldiers, especially in the tub. You like to watch your favorite movies-Toy Story(s), Sandlot, Rookie of the Year, Angels in the Outfield, Bambie, Nemo, Mighty Ducks, Barnyard, & Cars. You are so like your Daddy & have memorized many of the lines from your favorite movies and make random comments about them in conversation. You like to eat, sometimes you don't like to take the time away from playing to eat, but you are a good eater. There isn't much that you will not eat. You like to color and read books.

You are such a blessing in our lives. We Love You Landon!

Last week Landon saw his very First movie in the theater.....we saw Rio with Pappy & Nana. He enjoyed the movie, but not so much the sitting still and whispering....so much like his Daddy, on the go.

A Year Ago Today-Bed Rest

A Year Ago Today, my day began as normal, well as normal as it can for being 34 weeks pregnant. Mid-morning I received a phone call from Dr. Rosado, giving me the news that I was on immediate bed rest. After processing what was happening, I finished up a few things at the office, enjoyed Angee's Birthday Lunch with my co-workers and then went home to do this for 3 weeks.....
We all waited very anxiously for our little man to arrive.

What Have You Been Up Too? You are an Early Bird, waking up around 6-6:15am, ready to begin your love. Mommy loves hearing you talk to yourself as you wake up. You have begun to stand up in your crib now. You like to have a bottle first thing once you wake up and then you enjoy playing, crawling around and getting into everything in sight! You have oatmeal and a fruit/yogurt and puffs for breakfast. You take a morning nap, for about an hour. You have a fruit, a vegetable and cheese puffs for lunch. You take an afternoon nap and play throughout the afternoon. You become very hungry around 5pm and eat oatmeal, fruit/yogurt, a vegetable and puffs/cheese puffs. We have given you sliced bananas, pudding, carrots and mashed potatoes, which you have enjoyed. You play in the evening, you love playing with Landon. You have a bath every other evening and love splashing in the water. You go to bed between 7:30-8pm and sleep all night. At your most recent well baby check, you weighed 24 pounds & 8.5 ounces. You are 28 & 3/4 inches long. You are wearing 18-24 month clothing and size 4-5 diapers. You Love eating! You are eating mainly Stage 3 foods, the rest of the food that Mommy had made you, yogurt, and applesauce. You love your puffs and cheese puffs. You love playing with Landon. You play very well with each other.

Landon is good with sharing his toys with you and with you destroying his toys. You are Mister Destructive.

You love pulling yourself up to Everything now! You enjoy being able to get to your activity table all by yourself.

You enjoy looking out the window & seeing what is going on out there.

You are cruising along the couch and window. You will take steps between your activity table and the window.

You enjoy jumping in your jumpy seat. You even jump so much that you make yourself so tired that you fall asleep.

You make all kinds of sounds now. You make a car noise when you are playing cars. You babble a lot. You say dada and ma. You say ma-ma-ma when you are frustrated with something. You growl and grunt all the time. When you get excited you say ha-ha-ha. You do some raspberries with your lips.

You adore Landon. You follow him around the house. You know when he's not home and become very excited when he comes back home.

You love to play So-Big. You get all excited, smile & laugh.

You are a very determined little man. When Daddy or Mommy move you away from something that you want, you try and try and try again to get what you want. You become upset and growl and fuss. When you are told no, you look briefly at the person, smile and keep doing what you were doing. You love to drop things just to see them fall. You enjoy playing peek-a-boo. You enjoy being sung too. When music comes on, you begin rocking yourself back and forth.

You have been busy this month:

You had a playdate with Olivia. In the picture below you are 10 months & she is 9 months.

You went to the Nursery with Landon at church several Sundays. You went party supply shopping for your First Birthday party. You had dinner out with Nana, Pappy, and Uncle Davey and then went shoe shopping.

You had a visit from your Pappy & Grammy Feather for an afternoon/evening.

You went on a few walks around the neighborhood.

You had your First Ear Infection in your right ear. You were such a trooper through it all. You developed a fever and it would go up go and spike and then go down a little, but you just were not yourself. You were not as happy or eating as well. You took an antibiotic and felt so much better.

You helped celebrate your Great-Great Pap Glessner's 93rd Birthday.

You spent a few evenings at the park.

You enjoyed tubby time with Landon.

You had your Well-baby appointment. Dr. H said that you look terrific & def not under-fed! No shots too, was def a plus.

You spent a lot of time pulling yourself up to standing...at everything.

You were Dedicated at Clover Creek Church of the Brethren.

You spent time with your cousin Mason.

You spent an evening with Jess, Mommy and Landon while Daddy was out of town for a training.

You explored the play kitchen and found a phone that you love 'talking' too.

You spent an afternoon with Pappy & Nana while Mommy & Landon had a date. You spent time with Pappy & Nana while Mommy & Daddy met your future wife, Julianne (born on April 2, 2011)

You had a playdate with the Covert Boys-Case 6mos, Landon 3yrs, you & Crew 19 mos

You spent an evening outside watching Landon ride his motorcycle. You loved when he went really fast & came up to you.

You continue to be such a blessing in our lives.

We cannot believe that you will be turning ONE in a month.
